Your access to and use of this Site is subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use. By accessing this Site you ("you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use, do not access this Site. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use, do not purchase products from this site. Working Arts may at its sole discretion modify these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time and such modifications will be effective immediately upon being posted on this Site. STRICTLY LIMITED IMPLIED LICENSE
There is a strictly limited implied license for performance in classrooms and on the premises of library and educational institutions for audiences of faculty and students on occasions when no admission is charged. It is a serious breach of copyright to play any portion of any Working Arts titles without proof of ownership. CAUTION: All other performance uses require application in writing to The Working Arts Library, Attn: Rights Department.

No part of any of the titles in the Working Arts catalog may be reproduced, replicated or transmitted in any form, by any means, electronic, digital, or mechanical including any digital information storage or retrieval system now known or to be invented without prior permission in writing from Working Arts. Such usage is a copyright violation and shall invite prosecution to the full extent of the law against the user and the user's parent institution. Protection is specifically extended to any printed material (e.g. workbooks) which may accompany Working Arts titles.
It is a serious breach of copyright to use any portion of any Working Arts titles without proof of ownership. The playing of pirated copies is equated under the law with illegal replication and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
RELIANCE ON INFORMATION
This Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors that may be corrected as they are discovered at Working Art's sole discretion.
RETURNS
You may return your online purchase if you:
- Return new unopened CDs or DVDs in their original condition with their shrinkwrap and packaging intact. [An opened product is only returnable (for replacement of the same title) if it is shown to be defective]
- Include your packing slip or invoice.
- Return within 30 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip.

Please note:
- Original shipment charges are not refundable. You are responsible for all costs associated with return shipment.
- Returns will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
- We cannot issue refunds and will NOT return product for items returned to us more than 30 days after shipment date.
- We promptly replace defective titles at our freight expense. We are unable to make any other exchanges.
- The return procedure above applies only to those items purchased from Workingartsvideo.com. It does not apply to titles bought through any other source (e.g. another bookseller, video outlet, online, or retail store).
- We cannot be responsible for packages lost during the returns process. Therefore, we highly recommend that your return be sent as an insured package. The credit for your return will be applied to the credit card used to make the purchase. It may take up to two credit card billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
EDUCATIONAL USE
These titles are produced primarily for educational purposes. Customers deemed qualified to purchase our titles are: students, teachers, librarians, educational administrators, social and cultural organizations (e.g. local opera guild), their members and employees, governmental agencies and their employees; voluntary citizen organizations (e.g. community theatres), clubs, societies, their members and employees.

PRIVACY POLICY
Working Arts may collect information related to the users' browser, plug-ins, network connection and location solely for the use of streamlining the users' experience with the site. Personal and financial information captured during the time of sale is confidential and is not archived on our servers. Credit card transactions are processed via LinkPoint, our real-time transaction gateway, and all personal data related to sales is collected via Cart Manager's “Linkpointcart,” a third-party hosted application.
